Position: Office Manager

What You'll Do

As our Office Manager, you’ll be the central hub of our operations. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day office activities and administrative functions
• Scheduling service appointments and coordinating with technicians
• Overseeing customer communications—phone, email, and in-person
• Handling billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping
• Ordering and managing inventory and office supplies
• Supporting HR tasks: onboarding, timesheets, and employee files
• Ensuring compliance with safety, licensing, and industry standards

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have:

• Proven office management or administrative experience (HVAC or trades experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with office software (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, scheduling tools)
• Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure
• Familiarity with CRM or field service management software (preferred)
